From the moment we walked into the showroom until the door itself was fitted the customer service was impeccable. Our knowledge of doors was non-existent but in the showroom we were quickly but thoroughly taken through the options and given the best advice for our budget and requirements. We had 2 visits at home - one to measure up and one to fit, both gentleman courteous, informative and pleasant, the installer even adjusted our back door for us when he discovered it was a bit wonky! The quality of the door is fantastic and has made a real difference to the look, sound and temperature(!) of the house. I highly recommend Fair Price!
